Zephyrhills

Zephyrhills is located in eastern Pasco County and is the largest municipality in the county. It is still very rural with ranches, farms and citrus groves all around. It is also recognized for its pure spring water (yep it’s good enough to bottle!)

Its lush countryside also makes it a major skydiving destination with the town home to Skydive City, one of Florida’s largest skydiving facilities.

The Pasco County school district serves the area at these schools: Woodland Elementary, Chester Taylor Elementary and West Zephyrhills Elementary; RB Stewart Middle and Zephyrhills High.

There is a varity of housing options including single family, mobile homes and lakefront.
