BEXLEYBEXLEY

Off SR 54 near the Suncoast Parkway - Bexley is a master-built community that sits on 1,200 acres of preserved Pasco County wilderness. Bexley in Land O Lakes, is a city among itself. Divided into two areas – Bexley North and Bexley South – the community will include a variety of home styles from single-family homes to townhouses and villas. Plans call for the addition of a public elementary (opened August 2017), middle and high school as well as an 80-acre district park and the option of an 18-hole golf course.

The community will feature preserved wetlands and all-inclusive amenities including two resort-style pools, a fitness center, a clubhouse, playgrounds, soccer field, bike shop, café and more than 10 miles of trails. It is convenient to the Suncoast Parkway and is served by Pasco County School District (Bexley Elementary, Charles S. Rushe Middle and Sunlake High).

CONCORD STATION

Off SR54 between the Suncoast Expressway and US41 (Land O Lakes Blvd)

Concord Station master-planned community of single-family homes in Land O Lakes. Because of its easy access to the Suncoast Parkway (connecting Pasco County with downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport), Concord Station is a popular, growing community.
