Surrounded by mature oaks with land dotted by lakes and ponds, Westchase is a 10-square-mile master-planned, deed-restricted community in northwest Hillsborough County. It is a great option for downtown commuters thanks to the Veterans Expressway and is also conveniently accessible to Tampa International Airport, St. Pete, Clearwater and the beaches. All would be roughly 30 minutes from the Westchase area.

And Zillow ranked Westchase the fourth most popular market to buy in across the U.S. Of the top 10 markets, Westchase was the only one in the Sunshine State. Zillow reported the typical Westchase home is worth $537,668, and that prices have gone up nearly 10% in the first three months of 2022. Westchase offers single-family homes, townhouses, villas and condos.

Westchase sits on 2,000 acres of mature trees with many lots with conservation on lake views. Westchase residents also have easy access to the Upper Tampa Bay Trail, a 16-mile path considered one of Florida’s finest.

Nearly 30 neighborhoods make up the Westchase community, each with its own amenities. Parks, community swimming pools, tennis courts and playgrounds are plentiful.
