Surrounded by mature oaks with land dotted by lakes and ponds, Westchase is a 10-square-mile master-planned, deed-restricted community in northwest Hillsborough County. It is a great option for downtown commuters thanks to the Veterans Expressway and is also conveniently accessible to Tampa International Airport, St. Pete, Clearwater and the beaches. Zillow reported the typical Westchase home is worth $537,668, and that prices have gone up nearly 10% in the first three months of 2022. Westchase offers single-family homes, townhouses, villas and condos.

Westchase sits on 2,000 acres of mature trees with many lots with conservation on lake views. Westchase residents also have easy access to the Upper Tampa Bay Trail, a 16-mile path considered one of Florida’s finest.
