LAND O LAKES
Land O Lakes is home to several newly constructed communities including Connerton, Concord Station, LakeShore Ranch, Terra Bella and Bexley.
Land O Lakes is in the Pasco County school district and includes Bexley, Connerton, Lake Myrtle, Oakstead, Pine View and Sanders Memorial elementary schools; Charles Rushe and Pine View middle schools and Land O Lakes and Sunlake high schools.
Off SR 54 near the Suncoast Parkway
Bexley is a master-built community that sits on 1,200 acres of preserved Pasco County wilderness. Bexley in Land O Lakes, is a city among itself. Divided into two areas – Bexley North and Bexley South – the community will include a variety of home styles from single-family homes to townhouses and villas. Plans call for the addition of a public elementary (opened August 2017), middle and high school as well as an 80-acre district park and the option of an 18-hole golf course.
The community will feature preserved wetlands and all-inclusive amenities including two resort-style pools, a fitness center, a clubhouse, playgrounds, soccer field, bike shop, café and more than 10 miles of trails. Concord Station master planned community of single family homes in Land O Lakes. Because of its easy access to the Suncoast Parkway (connecting Pasco County with downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport) Concord Station is a popular, growing community.
