Seminole Heights

Location of Seminole Heights

Located just 5 miles north of downtown Tampa in central Hillsborough County, Seminole Heights is a hip, vibrant community with quaint 20th-century homes and historic bungalows. It has seen a resurgence in the last 10 years with quaint restaurants, brew pubs and boutiques opening along Florida Avenue. Seminole Heights is also close to ZooTampa at Lowry Park and is home to a monthly farmers' market.
