Hey Land O Lakes and Lutz neighbors! Have you noticed all the construction along SR 54 between the Suncoast Parkway and SR 41?
Land O Lakes and Lutz is really growing!
We drove past today and we're excited to see some new places to eat – Panda Express, Five Guys, Taco Bell, Burger King, DQ and Chick-Fil-A!!
Yep …. Chick-Fil-A is coming to our area soon!
There’s also an Aldi’s grocery store, AutoZone, Circle K, EOS Fitness and Woodie’s Car Wash close to opening.
This is in addition to the recently opened First Watch and BayCare Urgent Care and doctor’s office on SR54 at Sunlake.
It’s always great to see new businesses opening in our community. What new businesses do you want to see coming to Land O Lakes and Lutz?
