Long Lake Ranch neighborhood in Lutz FL

Long Lake Ranch is a popular community in Lutz, FL. The community is in a great location off SR 54, convenient to the Veteran’s Expressway/Suncoast Parkway.

The community was developed in 2015 and features townhomes and single-family homes. The townhomes are 1500-2300SF and are in the $200K-$300K range. The single-family homes start in the mid-$300s and go up to the mid-$700s.

The initial homes were built by M/I Homes and Beazer. The initial phase is completely built out. They are currently building in a gated section, by Mattamy Homes, which will feature townhomes and single-family homes. This section will have its own pool, a dog park, trails, and pavilions.

Long Lake Ranch has a few neighborhood pools as well as a large lake with a dock that can be used for fishing. There are also basketball courts and tennis courts.
