Bexley, it’s a Newlands community right off SR54 in Land O’ Lakes. We’ve got some of the best builders showcasing their beautiful models here. We’ve got Cardel, West Bay, Arthur Ruttenberg, Lennar and David Weekley.

Lisa and I took a tour today of some of these models which are just absolutely stunning, top of the line products. Floor plans are amazing.
So, if you’re thinking about a community that has amenities, if you’ve got children and you want something where everybody in the family has something to do, here at Bexley they’ve got a gorgeous clubhouse and restaurant, Twisted Sprocket.
