Best schools in Tampa Bay

For families looking to buy a home one of the biggest factors is schools in the area. In fact the National Association of REALTORS® surveyed homebuyers and found that 53 percent of buyers with children in the home under 18 years of age said the quality of the school districts is an important factor when purchasing a home.

We've broken down the schools by county - in our case Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas. There are hundreds of schools to choose in our area. This is just our recommendations.

We've also added private school options.

Is your neighborhood school not on our list and you think it should be? Email us at [email protected] with your school and we'll research to see if we can add in.

If you are looking for a home in a specific school zone we'd be happy to help. We have more than 25 years in the Tampa Bay area and our team leader Lisa Carroll is a former school teacher. Call today! 813-541-5320
